Privacy Policy — 13: Jack Hunt

13: Jack Hunt (the "app") respects your privacy. The app does not require an account and does not collect personally identifying information (name, email, phone). The app is free and contains ads; ads process some data as described below.

Data we handle

Data kept on your device. Your display name, theme/sound preferences, and game settings are stored only on your device (app storage). We cannot access them; deleting the app deletes them.

Online mode. When you use "Online with Friends":

• You are assigned an anonymous identifier (a random code). It contains no name, email, or phone number.
• The display name you type and your game moves are temporarily stored on Google Firebase servers so you can be matched with players in the same room.
• This data is deleted when the room closes; no persistent game history is kept.

Ads (Google AdMob). The app shows ads via Google AdMob. To serve, cap, and measure ads, AdMob may process:

• Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA) and device identifiers,
• IP address and coarse (country/region-level) location derived from it,
• Ad interaction (impressions, clicks) and device/OS information.

AdMob's processing is governed by Google's policies:

• How Google uses data for ads

Rewarded ads and in-game coins. You may optionally watch rewarded ads to earn in-game coins. These coins are used only inside the app; they have no real-world monetary value, cannot be cashed out, and involve no gambling or betting.

Your consent and choices

• In regions such as the EEA/UK and Türkiye, a consent screen (Google User Messaging Platform) appears on first launch where you choose personalized or non-personalized ads.
• On iOS, the system App Tracking Transparency prompt lets you decide whether tracking is allowed. If you decline, you'll see non-personalized ads.
• You can reset your advertising identifier or turn off personalization in your device settings.

When playing on a single device (solo / pass-and-play) or against bots, no game data leaves your device apart from ad serving.

Services we use

• Google Firebase (Anonymous Authentication, Cloud Firestore) — online infrastructure: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AdMob — ad serving (above).

We use no analytics of our own; the app contains no separate tracking/analytics SDK added by us.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed specifically at children, is not in the "Kids/Families" category, and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ads are for a general audience.

Your rights

You can remove on-device data by deleting the app. Temporary online-mode data is deleted automatically when a room closes (details: data deletion). You can change ad personalization from the consent screen or your device settings. For any request, including GDPR/KVKK matters: destek@atekian.com.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date changes for material updates. If new features (such as an ad-removal purchase) are added, this page will be updated beforehand.
